Julia LeBlanc is an international communications executive who operates at the intersection of strategic leadership, brand development, and operational growth across industries including fine jewelry, architecture, construction, utilities, disaster relief, non-profit, entertainment, healthcare and professional sports. She brings extensive experience in business development, crisis communications, and grant management—particularly within FEMA-funded initiatives and public sector partnerships.

Through her firm, JLA Communications, Julia has led large-scale branding and communications overhauls, including content creation, marketing strategy, and design leadership, while also helping drive operational improvements and internal alignment. She plays an instrumental role in developing strategic corporate partnerships, overseeing RFP responses, and supporting business development for municipalities, states, and federal agencies.
